Aditi Dugar: Aditi Dugar is the heart behind the most unique culinary masque to have been unveiled in India. The creative genius, with an innovation bent and an eye for detail, Aditi has brought to India its first botanical bistronomy experience through Masque. Where every bite of food has a story to tell, where crockery, cutlery and drapery are crucial players in the gastronomical narrative and where the farmer, the chef and the innovator script not just a meal, but a lingering memory.
Rashmi Daga: Founder of one of India’s famous online venture Freshmenu, Rashmi left her high profile job to start online kitchen. An IIM graduate, Rashmi founded Freshmenu in 2014 in Bengaluru and now has expanded to Mumbai, Gurugram and Delhi.
Meenakshi Raju: Meenakshi is instrumental in working with various state governments in India to introduce microbreweries, a new concept to the hospitality sector, which paved the way for over 30 such establishments in the state today. Created and launched the first of its kind microbrewery/restaurant in Bangalore in 2011 under the name "The Biere Club", which is successfully running for close 7 years.
Nikita Poojari: "The power of imagination makes us infinite" is something Nikita Poojari first heard when she was 8 years old and it has stuck with her ever since. The lively and enthusiastic spirit with big dreams, has grown up watching her father, noted restaurateur N.T. Poojari, set up his empire. Shweta Ravi: Shweta Ravi is the Director of (Nandhana Group) best known for their multi cuisine restaurant catering to Andhra style delicacies at the heart of the city Bengaluru. A sturdy visionary Shweta is carrying the twenty five years old legacy forward using innovation as a strong code, as she believes innovation is the only sustaining factor for any industry to progress .
Manali Guha: Manali Guha, is young, full of life, energetic soul and proud co-owner of Café StayWoke, Gurugram. Manali began with a graduation degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Heritage, Kolkata followed by a career in software development for three years. Manali is more of a people’s person.
